At 95 Hardy Street Apartments, we offer five thoughtfully appointed, self-contained apartments in the heart of Nelson. Each is named for clarity and simplicity — ideal for short or extended stays. All suites feature modern design, full kitchens, laundry, and quiet comfort just steps from Nelson’s best cafes, shops, and galleries.
Apartment One – Two-Bedrooms
Ideal for families, small groups, or working professionals.
- King beds x 2 or 2nd bedroom can be split into 2 king singles
- Private deck off 2nd bedroom
- Fully equipped kitchen
- Open-plan living & dining
- Bathrooms x 2 plus laundry
- Open deck off lounge with BBQ
- Great for extended visits or short group stays
- Ideal for business or weekend stays
Apartment Two – Two-Bedrooms
Similar in layout to Apartment One, but with a slightly different feel.
- King beds x 2 or 2nd bedroom can be split into 2 king singles
- Smart layout with private lounge
- Largest of our apartments with generous outdoor deck
- Kitchen with all appliances
- Bathrooms x 2 plus laundry
- TV, and fast Wi-Fi
- Great for remote workers or quiet getaways
Apartment Three – Two-Bedrooms
A spacious unit with extra natural light.

- Full kitchen plus dining area
- Deck on lower floor from 2nd bedroom
- Perfect for longer solo or couple stays

All apartments are stair access only (no lift). Portacot and/or highchair available on request. Free Parking is available nearby.
